How much CASH do you need to buy a private condo or executive condo

So how much money does it take for you to start on your property investment journey? It seems to alot of people that buying and renting out a property is a sure way to earn big bucks. But in reality, is it so simple? How much cash do you really need to set aside to be able to buy one? It boils down to mainly 2 different scenarios New buyer, wants to buy a new EC or Condo Own a property, wants to buy another EC or Condo Take an example  You are interested in buying bedok residences, agreed price to purchase 1,200,000, pretty comparable to alot of condo prices as well. Instead, i took a look at 6 blocks of flats that were built in the year 1970 instead, these are Blk 164,165,166,169,170 and 171. They have similar characteristics, all of them are along the same Sterling Road, i chose flats that are strictly 60 sqm in size, 3 room flats, same leasehold remaining, same flat model (improved).  The above chart shows the transacted prices
